The ARC Group took quite the group to the annual conference – almost every one of our brokers and back office staff went, along with many spouses. It was unseasonably chilly in Clearwater Beach, Florida, but we decided it was still better than the subzero of the Midwest.
ADM brought in phenomenal presenters, including key note speakers Doug Lipp, former Head of Training at Walt Disney University and Dennis Gartman, publisher of The Gartman Letter. Over the course of the day, we heard about global weather, demographics, economies, etc. and how these affect our business.
The conference was a great trip for our team to meet vendors face-to-face and to keep ourselves informed on some of the important issues affecting the agriculture industry. We look forward to sharing what we heard and learned with you.
